My experience as an entrepreneur, as a consultant and facilitator of holistic organizational development in medium-sized and large companies is the prerequisite for me to provide you, the New Leaders, with contemporary and high-quality courses from the best consultants, trainers and coaches through this academy.”

Sabine Pietsch
Founder of the New Leaders! Academy

“For almost 15 years I have been working successfully at the forefront of the digital industry, for 7 years as a leader (T3/E-Learnings, StayFriends/Social Network, McKinsey/Business Intelligence, Zalando/E-Commerce). My practical experience as well as numerous additional training, on the topics of virtual leadership and agile leadership, enable me to make this know-how accessible to you on this platform.”

Richard Barrett

Richard Barrett is an author, presenter, coach and internationally recognized thought leader on the evolution of human values in business and society. He is the President of the Barrett Academy for the Advancement of Human Values®, the Founder of the Barrett Values Centre®, a Fellow of the World Business Academy and Former Values Coordinator at the World Bank.
The Barrett Model is the foundation of the online courses in the New Leaders Academy. This model is the seminal work of Richard Barrett. Inspired by Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and tested in more than two decades of practical experience, the model identifies the seven major areas of human motivation. These range from basic survival at one end of the scale to contribution to society and future generations at the other. The model provides a proven map for understanding the development of personal values, organizational values, leadership values, and community and societal values.

Perle Laouenan

Perle has spent the past 11 years working in communications for international NGOs and the online education sector. There, she learnt the power of storytelling to connect employees to one another and their organisation. Leading to the facilitation of storytelling workshops online and in person in Kenya, Tanzania, Amsterdam and Nigeria.

Emilie van Rappard

Emilie started her career at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, amongst other responsible for cultural change and global communications. In 2004 she started as an independent participative strategy consultant, developing inspired directions for growth for many international companies. When COVID-19 forced organisations to operate remotely, Emilie founded MeetingMasters Online, a visionary online agency to make online engagement work better.

Nikolaus Herbert

Complex products in market segments with high competitive pressure have been my passion as a sales and product trainer for over 15 years.

I gained my expertise primarily while setting up and managing two sales training departments in the field of online marketing for SMEs, as a SaaS trainer for Google, in medical technology and in IT. The common thread of my trainings with sales people, communicators and their managers is the complete practical orientation.

In e-learning, too, I make complex issues understandable: I translate abstract concepts that require explanation into comprehensible, concretely applicable and activating training experiences.”

Michael Fred Nothdurft

After more than 35 years of leadership experience in various industries and training as a business coach and mentor, Michael Fred Nothdurft has been self-employed as a trainer, coach and consultant since 2009. He supports executives and people in SMEs in making their companies fit for the future in terms of leadership and organization.

His focus is on the support and training of executives, the low-resistance facilitation of change processes and project management.

With his approach of appreciative leadership, he ensures that executives find more freedom and time for themselves, the organization achieves more profit and innovation, and that the satisfaction of work is sustainably strengthened.
