When COVID-19 forced organisations to operate remotely, Emilie founded MeetingMasters Online, a visionary online agency to make online engagement work better.

After more than 35 years of leadership experience in various industries and training as a business coach and mentor, Michael Fred Nothdurft has been self-employed as a trainer, coach and consultant since 2009. He supports executives and people in SMEs in making their companies fit for the future in terms of leadership and organization.

His focus is on the support and training of executives, the low-resistance facilitation of change processes and project management.
