Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

For many companies, one of their most valuable assets is their intellectual property, which they must keep secret. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legal document between an employee and employer in which the employer agrees to disclose certain information to the employee for a specific purpose. The employee is then legally bound not to disclose this information to others.

Additionally, it can be as agreement between a company and external partners.
