Seven Levels of Personal Consciousness

We operate at levels of consciousness and we grow in stages of development. Normally, the level of consciousness we operate from is the same as the stage of development we have reached. 

If at any moment in time, we are reminded of our unmet needs from a lower stage of development, or we find ourselves in a situation where our survival, safety, and security needs appear to be challenged, we will descend to a lower level of consciousness. Only when we have learned to master the lower stages of development can we can begin to operate from the higher levels of consciousness.

Some suggestions to help you with the course:
