Discover new paths to the future, together with peers in leadership roles.

A new era is emerging. And with it new structures. Over a series of three sessions we will stimulate thought work on what the future of work looks like for your teams, how it will continue to evolve, the assumptions that color the decision-making process and how you can bring your teams along in the process. 

We invite you to think through the change together with other catalysts leading the future of work within their companies:

• After the lockdowns: how do you reconnect as a group or organization? How to create space to look back and move forward? Building further on the findings of the free taster session, this is groundwork for a successful transition. 
• Which parts of our organizations do we need to rethink, now that it is clear that the old way of working will never return?
• How will we reshape our organizations – and what actions should be taken to support this?

By the end of this course you will have assessed what is needed for your particular organization to move forward and what the critical questions are that need to be answered by the leadership team. You will have looked at the different roles in change and have assessed how to optimize your personal impact in this process. You will have a better understanding of the specific complexities of this era and the actions needed in the short and longer term to be more resilient. And you will be equipped with the tools to guide the relevant future-focussed conversations in your organization.

Training:  3 intense 3-hour group sessions online
Interim:  peer to peer walks with optional weekly mentoring circles
Self-study and preparatory work: 1-2 hours per session
Morning-Coffee: Live-Online Meetings of 1 hour each after group session 1, 2 and 3

About the course leaders:

Emilie van Rappard is the founder of MeetingMasters Online, an agency making online meetings and engagement better, following 25 years with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and as an independent participative strategy consultant.

Sabine Bredemeyer is the co-founder of the New Leaders! Academy. She is an entrepreneur and lecturer in leadership and a senior consultant, coach, and mentor for holistic organizational development for over 25 years.

Perle Laouenan-Catchpole is a strategist facilitator with over 11 years working in marketing and communications for NGO’s and the education sector.
