Leading a Team

Leading a team or any other group of people is obviously not the same as leading yourself. It requires significantly more skills and capabilities. Just as you learned to create the conditions for your own fulfillment in the Leading Self course, you must now learn how to create the conditions for a group of people (your team) to find their individual and collective fulfillment.  

Some suggestions to help you with the course:

• Read through each lesson in this course to get an overview of the content
• Study each lesson and do the suggested readings
• Take the quiz at the end of each lesson 
• Review the parts of the course which you have not yet fully assimilated
