Virtual Leadership

Virtual leadership, also called remote leadership, is much more demanding than on-site leadership. Leaders who have to lead virtually need to completely master new leadership tasks.

Virtual leadership means that the lead and at least one employee (or the project manager and at least one team member) are physically separated from each other and therefore have to communicate via different channels.
