Change Management

Change management is a project management plan that has the authority to approve or reject the changes to the project, business or whole company. The purpose of this management is to manage the changes that occur during the project according to the previously planned requirements and statements. If the change management approves the new change in the project, only then the project manager can change the budget and deadline to accommodate the additional work.

When Change management is used not only for projects, but also for entire departments, business units or companies it means accompanying a major change for the employees.
