Richard Barrett<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richard Barrett is an author, presenter, coach and internationally recognized thought leader on the evolution of human values in business and society. He is the President of the Barrett Academy for the Advancement of Human Values®, the Founder of the Barrett Values Centre®, a Fellow of the World Business Academy and Former Values Coordinator at the World Bank.<\/em>
The Barrett Model is the foundation of the online courses in the New Leaders Academy. This model is the seminal work of Richard Barrett. Inspired by Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and tested in more than two decades of practical experience, the model identifies the seven major areas of human motivation. These range from basic survival at one end of the scale to contribution to society and future generations at the other. After more than 35 years of leadership experience in various industries and training as a business coach and mentor, Michael Fred Nothdurft has been self-employed as a trainer, coach and consultant since 2009. He supports executives and people in SMEs in making their companies fit for the future in terms of leadership and organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His focus is on the support and training of executives, the low-resistance facilitation of change processes and project management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
